Order Processing Times
Allow us to process your order within 1-3 business days when choosing standard shipping option. Express orders we ship the order the same day (if ordered before 12:00 pm [GMT+3]) or the next day (if ordered after 12:00 pm [GMT+3]).
Shipping Times to Europe, Nordics, and UK
We offer FREE standard shipping with all orders above 50 EUR. Please note that delivery times are provided after your order has been shipped.
With a standard shipping you will receive your order at Pick-up point or with door delivery depending on your location.
Express Shipping to Europe, Nordics & United Kingdom is provided by FedEx.
Express Shipping to Latvia, Lithuania & Estonia is provided by DPD, Venipak or Smartpost courier.

Returns
All sales at esmelabs.com are final. We accept returns only in case of damaged and broken product. In case, you received damaged bouquet please contact us via hello@esmelabs.com.
Lost Parcels
In case of lost parcel, please contact hello@esmelabs.com and we will solve the issue as soon as possible. If the parcel is lost, not delayed, we will send you a new bouquet or provide full refund.
Carrier Delays
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays and do not offer refunds. If the parcel is delayed, please contact carrier whether your order is still in transit.
