Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing when choosing standard shipping.
Express orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 12:00 PM (GMT+3). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+3) or on weekends are shipped the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders over 120 EUR for Europe, Nordics, and the United Kingdom.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over 70 EUR for Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated after dispatch and may vary depending on location.
Europe, Nordics & United Kingdom
Standard shipping is provided by FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping is provided by FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Latvia, Lithuania & Estonia
Standard and courier shipping is provided by Omniva with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery is made to the nearest pick-up point.
Express shipping to Estonia and Lithuania is provided by FedEx with delivery within 1 business day after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and are calculated at checkout.
Returns
All dried and preserved bouquets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Other products may be returned within 30 days after receiving the order. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
To request a return, customers must contact hello@esmelabs.com before sending the item back.
Damaged Products
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or broken products.
If a damaged bouquet or product is received, customers must contact hello@esmelabs.com and provide photos of the damage.
Lost Parcels
In case of a lost parcel, customers should contact hello@esmelabs.com
If the parcel is confirmed as lost and not delayed, a replacement product will be sent or a full refund will be issued.
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays and do not offer refunds for delayed shipments.
If a parcel is delayed, customers should contact the carrier directly to confirm that the shipment is still in transit.
To secure delivery by a specific date, express shipping is recommended.
Customs & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Norway, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
If import duties are not paid and the order is returned to us, a partial refund will be issued. The refund amount equals the order value minus all shipping costs, including shipping costs for orders that were eligible for free shipping.
