Ich habe das LUMIÈRE Kerzenset als Geschenk bestellt und war zunächst sehr unangenehm überrascht, als nachträglich von FedEx noch CHF 34 Import- und Abfertigungskosten verrechnet wurden.
Für Kundinnen und Kunden aus der Schweiz würde ich deshalb unbedingt empfehlen, diese möglichen Zusatzkosten bei der Bestellung mit einzurechnen. Der Hinweis auf der Website könnte meiner Meinung nach noch etwas deutlicher sein, insbesondere was die zusätzliche FedEx-Aufwandspauschale betrifft.
Umso positiver möchte ich aber den Kundenservice von ESMÉ LABS hervorheben: Nach meiner Rückmeldung wurde sehr freundlich und kulant reagiert und mir die FedEx-Aufwandspauschale von CHF 25 zurückerstattet. Das fand ich wirklich toll und sehr kundenfreundlich!

Букет прекрасный! Мне очень нравится, что в доме цветы, но при этом не требуется обычного ежедневного ухода, как за живыми букетами. Ну и конечно тот фак, что цветы будут стоять гораздо дольше, не может не радовать 😊
