Really good service from Esme Labs when purchasing a replacement bottle of candle oil. Had issues with the carrier seeking import charges before releasing the item at customs, an issue which had not occurred when buying the original candles. Esme Labs got it sorted quickly and the item was delivered. Certainly use again and can give a personal recommendation for great service a products.
Absolutely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing set of candles! I was lucky enough to get the rare rose gold colour, and the packaging was absolutely wonderful, with lovely pink and burgundy details — such a perfect touch, especially as I placed my order just before Valentine’s Day.
The delivery was super fast, and communication throughout the whole process was lovely and friendly. Now, these beautiful candles bring me so much joy in the evenings, creating the most cosy and elegant atmosphere with their warm flames.
Another huge plus is how long-lasting they are! They burn for a really long time, which makes them excellent value for money and a worthwhile investment.
And most importantly, they are completely unscented, which is a huge plus when you have a little one at home. I can enjoy their beautiful glow without worrying about any added fragrances.

I saw the add on Instagram and wanted to "risk" making an order. The products came safely, elegantly packed. One of the sticks didn´t have the wick, I sent an email and they responded me in minutes and sent me a whole new set of wicks immediately. Amazing customer service and the product is also very elegant. Definitely recommend..
Very good again be careful of the smoke, hopefully next step is to have it scented if possible
Very good, burns well but be careful of the after smoke when blowing it out if u have a sensitive fire alarm.
